Chicken Curry

Ingredients
4 oz chicken breast skinned 1 Tbsp Curry Powder1 Tbsp Butter1 Large Slice of onion
Directions

In Skillet place 1/2 butter in skillet melt to liquid add onions and saute until soft.
Cut chicken in 1 " pieces and place in skillet with onions.
Add Curry Powder to coat chicken
Add remaining butter to skillet.
Simmer uncovered until chicken is done.

Larger batches just repeat !
