Brown RiceBasil- 4 leaves coarsely choppedhard boiled eggsRainbow salad (broccoli slaw-- where the broccoli and carrots come from)ginger garlicfresh grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
while the rice & eggs are cooking mix everything else in a bowl.
peel and chop the eggs, add to the mix
mix the brown rice in

sometimes when serving I also add baby spinnach
