Easy Crockpot Chicken Curry

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts - skin & bone removed(you can use frozen when using crockpot)6 carrots cut up5 potatoes chopped up2 onions chopped up2 cloves garlic1/2 can of spagetti sauce (your choice)4tbsp curry powder (use more or less depending on your taste preference)1 cup water
Directions
Put chicken on bottom of crockpot. Add carrots, potatoes, onions, garlic, spagetti sauce and curry powder. Add 1 cup water. Set crockpot to desired setting. Adjust curry powder to taste prefernce.

This can be served over basmati rice.

Recipe makes 6 large servings or 9 smaller servings which can be served with salad.
