3 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (frozen), cut in half (one half per serving)Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup *Green Giant Asparagus Cuts, 1.75 cup Mission Garden Spinach Herb Wraps, 6 servings Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 1.5 cup, shredded or chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 2 tbsp
Preparation: Grill chicken breasts, spicing with your favorite flavors. This already has quite a bit of sodium so I would not suggest salt. Dice a fresh tomato, drain the musrooms and asparagus, then you are ready to start.
Layout the wraps on plates then apply a teaspoon of mayo to the middle, then pile the remaining ingredients on top in equal portions.
Recommended side dish: baked potato with salsa on top. Yummy!
