Turkey N Cheese Tortilla Wraps

Ingredients
1/4 cup nonfat mayo1 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard4 low-carb tortillas12 oz oven turkey breast4 oz lowfat swiss cheese (alpine lace)1/2 cup shredded carrot1/2 cup shredded jicama
Directions
Combine Mayo and mustard in a small cup; mix until blended. Spread one side of each tortilla with mayo0mustard mix. Divide turkey breast among tortillas; top with cheese, shredded carrot, and jicama. Roll tortillas, wrap in plastic wrap, and refridgerate until ready to serve
