Ingredients
- 8 oz Light Vanilla Soymilk- 4 egg whites- 1 to 2 tbsp of Peanut Butter- Cinnamon to taste
Directions
In a blender combine soymilk, egg whites, peanut butter, and cinnamon. You can add ice if you want it to be more thick. Blend to your liking and your done! Very simple and easy.
