32 oz water2 tbls Chicken Soup base*or*(the above two ingredients can be replaced by 32 oz of low sodium ready made chicken soup broth)1 10 oz bag frozen vegetables1-2 lbs of turkey meat, shredded.Place water and base in pot, bring to boil. Add turkey, vegetables and season to taste with your choice of dry herbs. Recommend garlic, sage, celery salt.Let cook at least an hour before serving.
Makes around 8 1 cup servings.
