This was really good. The family enjoyed it. I did make the mistake of baking the chicken in the same pan that I melted the butter in instead of a new baking pan. This made the chicken really buttery. I will make this again. - 12/7/08

We loved this dish! We made is with fish and it was fantastic! We did not use the parmesan cheese because we didn't have any on hand! - 11/29/08
