1 Med apple2 T. Old Fashion Oats2 T, Apple Juice1/4 t. cinnamon1/2 Cup Ricotta Cheese
Place the apple in a microwaveable bowl. Mix oats, cinnamon and raisins. Fill cavity of cored apple with mixture. Pour the apple juice over the apple and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high one minute. Turn dish around halfway and microwave one more minute more. Spoon ricotta cheese unto a plate and top with apple and heated juice.
