Broiled Zucchini and Summer Squash

Ingredients
2 cup sliced zucchini1.5 cup sliced summer squash2 tbsp Blue Bonnet Light Margarine1 tsp fresh garlic.5 tsp dried thyme
Directions
Slice zucchini and squash. In medium sauce pan, melt margarine and add garlic and thyme. Add vegetables and let them brown for 12-15 minutes. Remove from pan and place on foil-lined cookie sheet. Broil for about 4 minutes or until desired color reached. Watch carefully! Add different vegetables to your taste.
