bulgur, dry, 1 cup, cooked1 medium minced apple with peel50 gr raisins1 tsp ground cinnamon1 cup ff milk, heated.33 cup maple syrup30 grams chopped pecans

makes 4 servings

cook bulgur in advance, prepare the rest of the indgredients. Heat milk, divide all into 4 bowls, add milk, serve.

Many possibilities here, craisins instead of raisins, no maple and use sugar, no nuts, different fruit....
