1 lb ground beef from sirloin1 green pepper, chopped1 med or half of large onion chopped2 fresh tomatoes choppedtaco seasoning, 1 pack1/4 tsp garlicpepper1/4 c shredded sharp cheeseElbow macaroniolive oil, light or reg.
Directions
first put 2 tbsp of evoo in dutch oven get hot the put in chopped peppers, onion, garlic, gr beef 93% FF add pack of taco seasoni meanwhile, cook elbow macaroni as instructed. on package brown or white. Drain and add 1 cup to meat mixture when almost done sprinkle with sharp shredded cheese.
