Easy Layered Shrimp Dip

Ingredients
8 oz. Light Sour Cream8 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese16 oz. Cocktail Shrimp, tail-less, cleaned, peeled, cooked (frozen work well)12 oz. Cocktail SauceLemon for garnish
Directions
Let shrimp thaw according to package directions. Drain shrimp of any excess juices. Set aside 1/4 of shrimp, chop into smaller pieces, about the size of a pencil eraser. Blend sour cream and cream cheese in food processor or mixing bowl until smooth, add chopped shrimp, stir. Spread this mixture in a small casserole dish. Top with remaining shrimp. Pour bottle of cocktail sauce evenly over mixture, spread with back of spoon. Refrigerate until ready to serve or enjoy immediatley. Garnish with a couple lemon wedges if desired.
