Simple Summer Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
2 large cucumbers2 plum tomatoes1/2 large red onion1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegar1 packet splenda1 tsp dill weedsea saltpepper
Directions
Peel cucumbers and cut lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and cut in slices. Dice tomato and onion. Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir. Easy. Enjoy!
