Pasta Salad With Roasted Red Pepper and Chickpeas

Ingredients
2 cups cooked bow tie pasta2 Red Roasted Peppers (Capsicums)200grm tinned cooked Chick Peas1tsp olive oil2tsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
Cut peppers (Capsicum) into quarters and remove seeds. Place in preheated oven (200degrees C) for 5 minutes on each side Take out peppers and place in an airtight container for 10 Minutes(this will help you remove skin easily). Thinly slice peppersand add olive oil and vinegar. Place all ingredients including pasta in a bowl and mix together
