Grilled bread and tomato salad

Ingredients
16 oz tomatoes, chopped4 oz crusty bread2 tb Olive Oil1 tb Lemon juice2 tb chopped onion3 tb Parsleysalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Grill bread. Cool. Cut into 1/2 inch cubes.
Combine onion, oil, lemon juice, tomatoes, and salt and pepper to taste.
Toss bread with salad. Let it marry 20-30 minutes until bread is soaked but still crusty.
