Whole Wheat Raisin Bread

Ingredients
2 1/2 c nonfat milk2 tsp vinegar1/2 c melted unsalted butter1/2 c olive oil2 whole eggs3 egg whites2 1/2 c whole wheat flour1/2 c ground flax1/2 c brown sugar2 1/2 tsp cinnamon2 tsp nutmeg2 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1/2 c raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 2 loaf pans with pam olive oil spray. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix wet ingredients (let milk and vinegar sit for few minutes). Then add dry and wet together. Fold in raisins. Pour evenly into 2 prepared loaf pans. Option: sprinkle top with wheat gern, or other grain. Cook 55 - 60 minutes until fork inserted in center comes out clean.
