Tomato and rice

Ingredients
2 -28 oz. cans of stewed tomatoes1 14 oz. box of instant brown rice2 pounds of ground beef, or turkey or sausage (or go without meat)Adds vegetables you would like to go with it such as onions, green peppers, mushrooms, etc..
Directions
Brown meat and add any vegetables. If not adding meat then saute your vegetables. Bring to a boil the 2 cans of stewed tomatoes and add one can of water to the stewed tomatoes. Add your brown rice and simmer for 5 minutes. Cover for 5 mins. Add vegetables or meat and vegetables.
You can add whatever spices you like or not. I normally get the italian stewed tomatoes for taste.
