Caprese Salad

Ingredients
4 Medium tomatoes, sliced into about four slices each2 Mozzarella balls, sliced into 16 slices16 or so leaves Fresh Basil4 TBSP Olive OilJuice of 1 Lemon
Directions
Slice the tomatoes and the mozzarella. Place tomato slices in single layer on a large plate, or four separate plates. Lay a slice of mozzarella on each tomato. Add a basil leaf and a drizzle of olive oil. Add a squeeze of lemon juice, if desired.

Makes 16 pieces, 4 4-piece servings.
