8 Morningstar Farms Sausage Links1/3 cup Shredded Reduced Fat Cheddar4 large eggs1 can Pillsbury Reduced Fat Crescent RollsSpritz of non-stick spray
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cook the 4 scrambled eggs in a pan with non-stick spray, adding salt and pepper to taste
3. Line a baking sheet with foil
4. Roll out 8 reduced fat crescent rolls
5. Divide the eggs evenly over the wide section of the 8 crescent rolls
6. Place one sausage link (OK if frozen) on top of each pile of eggs
7. Place 2 tsp of reduced fat cheddar on each sausage link
8. Roll up each crescent roll carefully and place the open ends up
9. Bake at 375 for 12 - 15 minutes until golden and crispy on the edges
