Cinnamon Apple Parfait with Crunchy Honey Granola

1box Jell-o Sugar/Fat Free Instant Vanilla Pudding1medium Apple, chopped2C Fat Free/Skim Milk1tsp Cinnamon2tsp Splenda1C Oatmeal2tbsp Honey2 Egg Whites, beaten8tbsp Kraft Cool Whip Free
1.Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2.Prepare pudding mix according to directions on the box and set aside.
3.Mix together the oatmeal, honey and egg whites till well coated. Spread the mixture evenly in one layer on a baking sheet. Bake until granola turns golden brown.
4. Place chopped apple in a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle cinnamon/splenda on top and cover with clear wrap. Microwave for 2-3 minutes.
5.Assemble in a dish/glass of your choosing by alternating layers of fruit, pudding, and granola.
6.Top with a couple tbsp of cool whip light/free and enjoy!
