Veggie Burritos

Ingredients
1 tablespoon vegetable oil2 cups (16 0z) Canned Tomatoes2 cups (16 0z)Canned Corn1/2 can Worthington Veggie BurgerMedium OnionMedium Green Pepper2 Tsp Taco Seasoning Mix10 Azteca Flour Tortilla (Burrito Sized)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425.

Heat oil, Add green pepper and onions. When they are almost done add 1/2 can of worthington veggie burger. cook until onions are clear. add corn tomatoes and seasoning. (Don't drain tomatoes)

When mixture is done cooking (heated through) scoop into tortillas and roll. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, place buritos on baking sheet and cook for 30-35 minutes.

(I like mine crunchy... you can also microwave them on high for 1 minute if you like them soft)
