Toppings Ideas - Shredded cheeseSour cream Guacamole 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, or 2-3 cans chicken breast (I cut 4 breasts into small strips)1 package Taco seasoning1 onion chopped2 bell peppers (any color), sliced thin1 can FF Refried beans1 jar salsa1 can diced tomatoes (I use Rotel for more kick)1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
Layer in order in crock pot, smooth refried beans out before adding salsa. If you don't want it as juicy drain the tomatoes.
Cook on low 6-8 hours.
