Red Grape Salad

Ingredients
4lbs or 2 bags of red grapes, washed and dried1 (8-oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 (8-oz.) sour cream1 1/2 tsp. vanilla2/3 c. brown sugar, packed1lb bag pecan pieces
Directions
Mix sour cream, cream cheese and vanilla. Put in seedless grapes and mix well. Mix brown sugar and pecans in a separate bowl. Then sprinkle over salad when ready to eat. Refrigerate leftovers. Makes about 16 servings.

    You could probably make this a lot healthier with fat-free sour cream, fat-free cream cheese and the Splenda brown sugar. :)
