Taco with soy jumbles

Ingredients

1 bag Morningstar Meal Starter Jumbles2 Tbs olive oil1 heaping tsp minced garlic1 - 2 Tbs lime juice 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper1/4 tsp salt
Combine 1 T oil with garlic, lime juice, salt and red pepper. Stir. Add jumbles and allow to sit at room temp about 45 minutes.
Put in skillet with remaining 1 T olive oil and bring to a simmer. Turn off.
Assemble tacos.
I use Joseph's pita bread to wrap them in and serve with chopped tomatoes, onions, shredded cheese and lettuce. Shells and condiments NOT included in nutritional information.
