Thousand Island Dressing

1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt1/2 cup of ketchup2 tablespoons fat-free or light Mayo (calculated with light mayo)1 tablespoon finely chopped green pepper1 tablespoon finely chopped celery1/4 teaspoon onion powderDash of pepper
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients. Transfer to a jar with a tight fitting lid. Rrefrigerate until needed
