2 Slices Whole Wheat Bread1 Egg White2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Peanut Butter1 Tbsp Light Spread
Spread 1 tbsp of Peanut Butter on each slices of bread place together like a sandwhich. Beat egg white. Dip the prepared sandwhich in egg mixture. (coat well) Fry sandwich in hot skillit in light spread on both sides until egg mixture is cooked. Enjoy!!!
