Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Ingredients
1 can garbonzo beans2 cloves garlic1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes6 Kalamata or black olives1/2 fresh lime, juiced (juice only)1/4 cup sliced red bell pepperolive oil (approx. 1/4 cup)
Directions
Place all ingredients (except oil) in a food processor. Whirl on high speed while streaming in olive oil. Process until smooth, add a small amount of olive juice if needed for consistency.
