Chicken Pasta w/ tomatoes, olives & artichokes

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 9 ounces Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup cherry tomatoes - halvedKalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 2 oz - slicedArtichokes, canned (14 oz) *Whole Wheat Penne (dry), 10 oz Basil, 1 tbsp Parsley, 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated, .3 cup
Directions
put 1/2 olive oil in large skillet - add chicken - cook thuroughly.
Cook pasta as directed.
Remove chicken.
Add remaining olive oil to skillet (add clove of garlic, if desired). Then add tomatoes, olives & artichokes - heat for 5 min.
Cut chicken into bite sized pieces. Add chicken back to skillet.
Drain cooked pasta. Toss Pasta with skillet mix.
Place in serving bowl. Garnish with basil, parsley, cheese. Salt & Pepper to taste.
