Ingredients: Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cupGranulated Sugar, 2 cup Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Applesauce, sweetened, 1 cup*Flour, white, 3.5 cup Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp Baking Powder, .75 tsp zuchini, 2 cup
Beat egg substitute, gradually add sugar while beating. Add vanilla and applesauce. Mix together dry ingredients. Shred zuchini. Alternately add dry ingredients with zuchini to egg mixture. Makes 2 loaves. Bake 350 for 55 minutes.
