Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 large * Garlic, 2 cloves * Olive oil, 1 tsp * Ground beef, lean, 10 oz * Beef chuck, arm pot roast, 10 oz * Canned Tomatoes, 1 can * Water, tap, 3 cup (8 fl oz) * Green Peppers 2 cup, chopped * Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced * Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp * Beans, red kidney, 2 cup * Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp * Brown Sugar, 5 tsp packed * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp * Chili powder, 2 tbsp * Basil, 3 leaves * Salt, 1 tsp *Worcestershire Sauce, 3 tsp * Bay Leaf, 1 tsp, crumbled
Directions
1.Cut steak into strips ans in skillet brown with ground beef.

2. Saute in olive oil- onion, garlic, until transparent

3. Add green pepper and celery

4. Add everything to stock pot, simmer 3 hours.

5. Add Canned kidney beans simmer for an other hour

Makes 4 quarts
