Cajun Chicken with Steamed Vegetables

1 tbsp olive oil2 boneless skinless chicken breasts2-3 tsp of cajun seasoning~season to your tastes1 bag Birds Eye Steam Fresh Vegetableschoose the variety you like~my favorite is broccoli, carrotts, snow peas, and water chestnuts
Heat olive oil in large saute pan
Rub Chicken with Cajun Seasoning
Cook chicken in saute pan until there is no pink (5-10 min)
While chicken is cooking, follow the directions on the bag for the Steam Fresh Vegetables
When the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are ready, add the vegetables to the chicken and sprinkle another tsp or two of the seasonong over the mixture
Mix together and heat for 3-5 minutes.
Optional addition~sprinkle 2 tbsp of reduced fat cheese over the meal and let it melt
