Veggie White bean Chili

Ingredients
* Onions, raw, 1 cup, Chopped * Celery, raw, 2 stalk, Chopped * Baby Carrots, raw, 5 large Chopped * Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, chopped * Beans, great northern, 2 Cans * Chili powder, 4 tbsp Or seasoning packet * Garlic, 1 tsp * Water, tap, 4 cups * Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup * *Green Chili Peppers, canned, .25 cup
Directions
Saute all chopped veggies until tender
Add all canned ingredients and seasonings
add water
Let simmer for approx. 30 mins.
