Ingredients
Pink Salmon (canned), 2 - 14.3/4oz Egg, fresh, 2 large Sara lee 45 cal delightful multigrain bread 2 slicesCornmeal, yellow , 3 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 1/2 tsppepper, cajun seasoning, parsley
Directions
Debone and skin canned salmon. Add eggs, bread in small pieces,1 Tbsp cornmeal, parsley, pepper, and cajun seasoning. Mush all together. The other 2 Tbsp of cornmeal put on a place. Make patties, and bread with the cornmeal on the plate. Use non stick spray and a liitle at a time, the olive oil. Fry on med heat preferably in a cast iron pan. Makes 7 patties
