1/3 cup cider vinegar1/4 cup fresh lemon juice3 tablespoons water2 tablespoons oil1 tablespoon dijon mustard plus 1 1/2 teaspoons dijon mustard4 1/2 teaspoons sugar2 med garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon pepper3 tablespoons no-salt-added tomato paste1 tablespoon dried minced onion
Directions
In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine all the ingredients. Shake well. Refrigerate until needed.

    I made this tonight and loved it. Very tangy and fresh! My husband raved about it. The only thing I changed was that I substituted stevia for the sugar. Otherwise, a great, clean-eating salad dressing recipe. - 6/12/11
