3 lbs boneless skinless chicken thighs1 T salt1 garlic clove, minced1 1/2 t pepper corn1 bay leaf3/4 cup vinegar3 T soy sauce
Directions
Brown chicken in pepper, salt and garlic. Add liquids and bay leaf. Simmer until cooked.
