Ingredients
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz (remove)Stewed Tomatoes, 2 cup (remove)*Tomato juice, with salt added, .5 cup (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 1.75 cup (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Garlic, 4 clove (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .2 cup (remove)Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)Parsley, .25 cup (remove)*Old El Paso Taco Seasoning, 9 tsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Brown meat; add chopped onion and crushed garlic. Add remaining ingredients, except beans, and simmer, covered, 45 min. Drain and add beans for another 15 min. Serves 5.
