Sauted Zucchini

Ingredients
8 zucchini, sliced1 onion, diced2 cloves garlic, minced.5 cup white wine.5 cup chicken brothsalt, pepper to taste
Directions
Heat large sautee pan over medium heat, add butter, olive oil, garlic and onion and sautee until soft. Add zucchinis, white wine and chicken broth. Top with salt and pepper. (I like to lightly add other spices like parsley, white pepper, curry powder.) Cover and cook for 15-20 minuets, or until desired tenderness.
