Chicken and Avocado Pita Pockets

Ingredients
4 oz cooked chicken breasts, cut into 1/2 in pieces1 oz shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese1/4 C diced avocado1/8 C seeded chopped bell peppers, any color1/8 C chopped celery1/8 C inpeeled chopped cucumber1/8 C peeled shredded carrots1 T chopped red onions1.5 T "Creamy Cucumber Dressing"6" whole wheat pita, cut in half crosswise
Directions
Toss the chicken, Cheddar, and veggies with the dressing. Fill each pita half with about half of the chicken mixture.
