Lite Lemon Fennel Salad

Ingredients
2 Fennel Bulbs2 tbsp Fennel GreensZest from 1 LemonJuice from 1 Lemon1/4 cup Sliced/Diced Red RadishesSalt and Pepper
Directions
Slice/Dice 2 fennel bulbs. Add zest from 1 lemon and juice. Add 2 tbsp chopped fennel greens. Slice/Dice 1/4 cup red radishes. Add salt and pepper - to taste. Mix throughly and chill. Great with summer grilled foods. Enjoy!
