Chef Jay's Broiled Ginger Tilapia

4 3.5 oz tilapia fillets4 tbs Naturally Fresh Ginger Dressing2 tbs finely chopped red bell peppers2 tbs finely chopped yellow bell pepperNon-fat, non-stick cooking spray
1. Spray broiling pan and rack with non-stick spray.
2. Dredge tilapia fillets in ginger dressing and place fatty side down on rack in broiler pan.
3. Brush remaining dressing evenly onto fillets.
4. Evenly distribute peppers on top of each fillet.
5. Broil fillets for 8-10 minutes.
6. Immediately remove from pan and plate for serving.
Makes 4 3.5oz servings of 1 fillet each.
