Makes 4-6 1 cup servings. Cut up all ingredients into bite size pieces and mix all ingredients together (shrimp, chicken, asparagus, mushrooms, cilantro, jalapeno, wild rice and broth). Bring to a boil and let simmer till all veggies are soft/or too liking. I also throw all of it in a crockpot and cook during the day so it is hot and done when I get home. It is ok to cook on low in crockpot for 4-6 hours. I wasn't too sure on some of the amounts. I just put about 1/2 of the bunch of cilantro in. don't know how many tbsp this is. Also, you can add more jalapeno peppers if you like it spicier. I just add broth to the top of the crock pot or pan I am cooking in. This is very filling and very low cal!!!!
