Asian Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 cup bread crumbs1 TBSP fresh minced basil1 TBSP fresh minced mint1.5 TBSP ground ginger3 TBSP Thai Chili Sauce3 TBSP Lite Soy Sauce1 Red Jalapeno pepper stem removed, minced with seeds4 cups napa cabbage chopped up -- about 1 head1 cup fresh minced garlic1 LB extra lean ground turkeyPortabella Mushrooms
Directions
Clean and destem the mushrooms. Chop up the stems and combine with all the other ingredients in a bowl. Mix thoroughly. Stuff into the mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes - 1 hour.
