Chicken Parmesan (Low Fat)

Ingredients
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts4 cups Prego marinara sauce4 cups cooked whole grain pasta1 cup Kraft fat free mozzarella cheeseItalian SeasoningNon stick cooking spray
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Spray skillet with nonstick spray. Season chicken breats with Italian seasoning and fry in pan on med. high heat till golden brown and about 3/4 done. Pour Marinara sauce over top of chicken breasts and return lid to pan. Lower heat to med. low and allow to simmer for about 12 min or until chicken is done. Remove lid and turn off heat. Top each chicken breats with 1/4 cup of fat free mozzarella and return lid to pan to allow cheese to melt. Place 1 cup of cooked pasta on each plate and top with a chicken breast and 1/4 of the marinara sauce. Serve with a tossed green salad with fat free Italian dressing and enjoy!
