Ham Loaf

Ingredients
1 lb. cured ham, ground1 lb lean ground beef1 cup graham cracker crumbs3/4 cup milk1 egg1/2 c. tomato sauce1/4. c. vinegar3/4 c. brown sugar3/4 T. prepared yellow mustard
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix well together ground ham, ground beef, crumbs, milk and egg. Spread in 9 x 9 inch pan. Mix tomato sauce, vinegar, brown sugar and mustard. Pour this over meat mixture and bake 50 minutes to 1 hour. Cool slightly. Cut into 9 pieces about 3" square.
