Simple Low Fat Banana Bread

Ingredients
3 cups all-purpose flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 tbsp cinnamon2 cups sugar4 eggs, beaten2 cups mashed bananas1.5 cups unsweetened applesauce
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add eggs, bananas, and applesauce.
3. Mix well.
4. Pour into two greased bread pans.
5. Bake at 325 degrees for about one hour, or until toothpick inserted at middle comes out clean.
6. Makes 2 5"x9" loafs, about 16 servings.
