Frozen Lunch - Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
30 oz grilled teriyaki chicken breast12 oz teriyaki sauce3 cups broccoli florets3 cups baby carrots3 cups cooked calrose rice
Directions
Pour 2 oz teriyaki sauce into six 2 oz containers (available at Smart and Final) and cover. In a large bowl, microwave baby carrots and broccoli for 4 minutes. Lay out six reusable plastic containers. Scoop 1/2 cup white rice into each. Slice chicken breasts and put 5 oz slices in each container. Add 1 cup broccoli/carrot mixture to each and place 2 oz container of teriyaki sauce in each, then cover and freeze.
To Reheat - take out teriyaki sauce container and thaw in warm water, re-cover, and microwave 3 minutes or until hot. Pour sauce over top and heat another 10-15 seconds to heat up sauce.
