Kat's Salisbury Steak

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1 can beef gravy8 oz. mushroom pieces2 Tbs butter2 Tbs vermouthto taste:pepperseason saltgarlic powderonion powdersplash worcestershire sauce
Directions
Pre-heat skillet to med-high.
Make patties w/seasonings to taste, place in skillet.
Add splash of worcestershire to each patty, if desired.
Cook until well browned on each side.
Remove from pan & drain.
Add butter, when melted, add mushrooms.
Cook 2-3 minutes.
Add gravy & stir.
Place meat back in skillet & simmer about 5 minutes.
