this cheap mexican tostadas witl calm your appetite for long time and they are delicious. My advise is to heat up the tortillas in the microwave oven until they harden about 45 seconds per tortilla. Cook the lean ground beef on a saucepan, make the refried beans or get a can which is easier but tasteless. Add a spoon or two into the tortillas and add the desired beef to the tortillas, then add the letuce, tomato, avocado slides, cucumber, the parmesan cheese and it will be so good
