Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup Vegetable Broth, 1 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.5 cup Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix (40% Less Sodium), 4 tsp Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" di(remove)Poultry seasoning, 1 tbsp Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, 2 roll
Makes two Sloppy Janes with tops, or four open faced.
Soak the TVP in the hot broth, until re hydrated
Heat a large skillet to med-high, spray with non-fat cooking spray. Saute the onions till soft, then add the remaining ingredients , cook it down until you get a saucy mixture. Season to taste (Italian seasoning or poultry seasoning work well) and serve over tasted buns.
